And now you're stretching the back of the calf more.

And shift the weight forward.

And you can push that leg out and just let it come down to the ground.

Use your yoga blocks if you need to.

That's what they're here for.

Just allow the hips to relax.

And now when you're ready to come out of it, you can just come into pigeon pose.

Again, use your blocks if you need to.

And the pigeon pose opens up the back of your hip.

So don't be afraid to use those blocks.

Keep your core squeezed.

All right, and then from here we're going to come up.

And now I'm going to go forward and we're going to do the same thing.

So you're going to lean forward and back.

Roll up onto the heel.

And come down.

And just keep working that foot out.
